Basement Thinking

Was working at Apple Regent Street yesterday. My usual route was impacted by engineering works and my alternative journey got me in very early. I thought about walking around some in hopes of making a picture or two but instead went to a cafe for some coffee and a think. I went downstairs below street level where it was peaceful such that I could reflect on recent months which have been rather difficult.

A beam of light crossed my eyes and I looked up to notice this opaque glass from the footpath above. I sat there sipping my black coffee and waited until someone walked by.

And that's all this picture is. A note to self to remember a quiet moment for myself before the chaos of half term break at Apple Regent Street.
